The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) has updated its web content concerning housing for rent in Manhattan.
250 West Owners, LLC is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 31 affordable housing rental apartments now under construction at 246-250 West 116th Street in the Central Harlem section of Manhattan. This building is being constructed through the Housing Trust Fund program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the New Housing Opportunities Program (NHOP) of the New York City Housing Development Corporation, and the State Low Income Housing Credit Program of the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
