2. Your total household income falls between 50% and 80% of New York City

• Family Size of 2 would be eligible for a two-bedroom unit and income must
be between $24,800 - $39,700
• Family Size of 3 would be eligible for a three-bedroom unit and income
must be between $28,350 - $45,350
• Family Size of 4 would be eligible for a three-bedroom unit and income
must be between $35,4500 - $56,700
• Family Size of 5 would be eligible for a three-bedroom unit and income
must be between $38,3000 - $61,250
• Family Size of 6 would be eligible for a three-bedroom unit and income
must be between $41,100 - $65,750

3. Willing to work a minimum of 300 hours of sweat equity per adult (18
years and over) per family for a maximum of 600 hours
