must be between $41,100 - $65,750

3. Willing to work a minimum of 300 hours of sweat equity per adult (18
years and over) per family for a maximum of 600 hours

New Apartments in BX

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) has updated its web content concerning housing for rent in The Bronx. Vyse Avenue Associates LP is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 95 affordable housing rental apartments now under construction at 1904 Vyse Avenue in the East Tremont section of the Bronx. This building is being constructed through the 421-a Affordable Housing Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the Low-Income Affordable Market-Place Program (LAMP) of the New York City Housing Development Corporation.
